"The hotel seemed fine. The room I was given was noisy and asked to change. The new room I was given was worse. There was a constant thumming sound by the bed. Staff tried to help but I asked for the less noisy room back. Not terribly happy."

"Wont stay here again. Parking $50 for a mid-peninsula hotel w plenty of space. Several other nice hotels in area that dont charge foe parking. Then my room was a 5 min walk from the elevator- poor layout. And lastly, nickel and diming - i had an amazon package sent there amd they charged me $4 for ..."

"Inside was fairly clean. The outside could use a power spray cleaning at least every week from the smell of urine. Luggage Staff was extremely helpful. Check-in Staff that helped me could be more friendly to encourage customers to come back. Overall stay was okay to good."
