"Absolutely "

"Housekeeping services were lacking. Had to ask for basic supplies on a daily basis. For example, coffee, coffee cups, toilet paper, tissues, etc. Some towels were stained and they were all worn out and needed to be replaced badly. When we arrived to our room, there was a half-full water bottle on the counter that someone had left. Location is excellent. Lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Overall, an okay experience."

"clean rooms - staff was ?? - don't care for the check in at all - it is informal and customer service is totally missed during this non-interaction ie: wifi information, gym access, terrace upstairs, etc (all missed and not communicated) no stations on tv... just streaming? need more towels - beds are too soft - no balcony - no ironing board - needed more hangers - rooms are very noisy to outside noise, and lights under upstairs balcony keep me awake."

"I couldn’t sleep at night due to the noise from motorcycles and people at midnight. I asked the receptionist to change the bedsheet because it seemed like it had already been used before I checked in, but they never came. There was also a big fly or insect in the room. "
