Count your towels and linens!!!

Overall we had a good stay. The room was comfortable, the shower was hot with good water pressure and breakfast included was a big plus. Unfortunately our stay soured at the end as after check out we were accused of stealing a towel and charged for it. We did not steal said towel and likely never had it to begin with. Felt like we were taken advantage of as young female travelers.

It's downtown, so it's close to everything (including lake Nahuel Huapi). The breakfast is good, the place is nice, the rooms are OK but the bathroom is not so good: the shower's walls & floor are dirty, the size is very small and the toilet paper could be much better.

Atendimento muito bom, recepcao prestativa. Classificaria como um Hostel e não como mencionado no Hoteis.com na classificação de Hotel. Cozinha compartilhada, café da manhã sem muita variedade, mas o que oferece é de boa qualidade. Recomendo.

Péssima experiência, não vale a pena

Já começamos muito mal neste hotel: a reserva foi feita um mês antes da data da hospedagem, para ser paga em pesos na chegada. Mas foi cobrada antecipadamente no cartão de crédito, com valor a maior e em dólares. O hotel não fez o estorno antes da chegada, apenas na hora do check in, e o estorno, que demorou a chegar, ainda veio com U$ 50,00 a menor, depois da nossa saída do hotel. Cama anunciada era queen size, mas a do quarto era casal simples. Até hoje, apesar de inúmeros telefonemas, a diferença do estorno ainda não foi recebida.

Gym not available for tourists

The rooms where uncomfortably small and I could not move much with someone in the room. It was horrible and the gym was not available for tourists but only locals what logic is that. But they advertise that I could use the gym.

Just wanted clean room, which we got. Could bring your own food an use the kitchen and clean up after yourself, or pay for breakfast which we didn’t have. Staff very helpful and professional & called for taxi for us a few times, we’d stay there again, simple but nice.
