The staff was very polite and helpful the second we arrived. Room was clean, shower was great. It worked out great that they have a shuttle bus that takes you to and from the Casino as well. Pros: - The property was clean and well-maintained. - The staff was very friendly, especially Rubi at the front desk. - Our room was spacious and clean. Cons: - It was noisy. Our room was positioned right next to the pool, the freeway, and the kitchen. This meant lots of door-slamming, commotion at the pool, and constant traffic noise. - Having a restaurant on-site was nice, but the menus for room service are incomplete, so we didn't know everything on offer. A minor gripe, but still. - No microwave on the property, which ended up being a pain because we had leftovers. I have high praise for the welcoming staff, but it was just hard to get very comfortable here.

Nice clean hotel. Free shuttle to casino. Bar makes good drinks. Only con: the hotel restaurant offers an upscale menu that looks impressive. The food we ordered was not great. Felt like frozen food microwaved. Steer clear of the buffalo chicken pizza.

The room was clean but the chair in the room was the most uncomfortable chair I’ve ever sat in and the bed was so soft, you’d pull the back muscles if you’re not careful (I think a new mattress is in order). We only ate breakfast in the hotel and the food was delicious. The fitness center was small but the equipment was very functional. The hotel staff, front desk, housekeeping, even the security guard, was very friendly. With only 4 miles from the casino, I think this hotel is a good alternative to casino’s ridiculous room rate.
