"We stayed in the presidential suite. It was just average. Gave off an old vibe. Had to call maintenance for a TV that didn't work and a closet door that was stuck. The scent pipes through the vents in common areas was nice. Staff are great!"

"Disappointed in the room no ice maker as promised in the room and there were on ice machine in the hotel. For 35 dollars a night I would think the parking would be much better. No access to the hotel from the parking garage was the pits, and the carts for the luggage was a joke. Will have to find ..."

"Absolutely loved our stay at the Hotel Valencia. The room was spacious and comfortable. Appreciated that it was in the quieter section of the Riverwalk but just steps away from all the festivities.
