"Breakfast was repetitive"

"The property is not as it looks online it’s very old building very close to the Siam Paragon mall or central world mall and other places. Does the hotel deserve 4 stars no."

"Old and worn out. Not pleasant. And more than US$10 for a 12 oz can of soda water. Outrageous. Never again."

"This hotel is very high end. The rooms are Morden luxurious and have all amenities that you could want. The in room dining service was very good as was the gym amd breakfast. The spa services were good but was an onsen so had to go in naked with separate facilities for men and woman. The massage was good and all services were very cheap compared to the UK. Was central and near good shopping services. Would highly recommend. Oh and the staff were very attentive."

"My only negatives is the AC in my room did nit work to my liking. Took too long for my room to cool down. I booked a room with a washer machine but i got one without one. Other than that this hotel and location is amazing."

"Hotel is excellent but needs a refresh. Very welcoming, we loved thier hospitality but we found a lizard in the room and they were happy to change the room for us. But in general great. "

"The staff which was so helpful they are truly outstanding. The food has always been just perfect 100% of the time and the position by the river is just unbeatable. There is a wonderful spa and gym part and we had complementary meditation lessons and water gymnastics by the pool. I can’t wait to get back soon."
