"My stay was pleasant, though I was given the wrong room initially instead of a king sized bed, they gave me the key to a room with a tiny bed. However, the hotel has friendly staff."
"Over-all, our experience in the hotel was very good. I just don't like it when they are only providing 1 key card and you will need the card to enable the electricity in the room by inserting it in a slot. Once you leave to go somewhere, you will remove it and all electricity will be off including the fridge which makes it unable to leave some food or medication in it."
"Superb stay. Clean, large and well equipped room, large and very comfortable bed. The views are absolutely amazing. The Tower Club on the 52nd floor has wonderful and friendly staff who can't do enough to make your visit excellent. The concierge and reception staff are so helpful. We were given an extra hour to check out and then given access to a shower room later in the day to shower and change before our flight. The Lebua location at the river end of Silom Road is excellent - close to the sky train and the North Pier ferries. Our only issue was the layout of the breakfast area - while it caters for all cultures, the food is split between two rooms and could be improved if there was a logical flow eg eggs in one room, bacon in another. Note that the price of drinks and food on the upper floors is pricey."
