We arrived Salzburg​ very late so we can't find the hotel. Finally we found after called to hotel. We had waited about 40 minutes for check-in ​because time was over. By the way the staff came back and did it. Thanks a lot! So I just comment that the hotel signboard is difficult​ to seen at night.

The accommodation provided us with information to be able to check in after nine o’clock at night. They left our room key card in an envelope at the reception. We had to leave the accommodation before breakfast opened, and upon request, they prepared an amazing 'to-go' package for us to eat on the go.

Male worker added extra "taxes" although when booking it confirmed all taxes were included. When asked to pay, i shown my card, he insisted we paid cash but we didnt have any so he spoke in german, probably annoyed because he couldnt fiddle the transaction. The room was a 3-bed (1 double & 1 single) leaving very little room for movement. Tue sheets and bedroom were clean hiwever we had to soak the shower head before use as it was disguisting. The room was very dusty, everytime i walked in the ro9m i had a nosebleed from the irritation. There was no way to change the temperature so the room was very hot all the time even with the window open. There was clumps of dust inder the bed and on the 2nd night we found silverfish pests - so glad it was our last night! You are given a hotel card for the main door, and a key for your hotel room although the cleaners have a master fob. We never left any valuables in the room whilst we were out. The petrol station outside was very intimidating to walk by especially when it came to night time, there seemed to be a lot of thug looking groups lurking around and watching you as you pass. I would not recommend staying here if you are having a city break.

Very nice accommodation. Staff extremely helpful. Everything within walking distance, if not the bus was right out the front.

Close to the station and public transport. Christmas markets are walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful. You do hear some noise from the street but it’s not too loud and that is not the fault of the hotel.

amazing place to stay
We stayed three nights at the hotel and we had great time. It was quiet, clean, the breakfast was good and plenty. The coffee was very tasty.

At first night I couldn’t sleep since the pillow was very thin, I asked for extra pillow and he didn’t give me. Second night was better, they gave me pillows. The safe box is very important for a tourist, it was broken.

As long as you check in the hotel between 14:00 and 20:00, I do not have any trouble at all. There is a door bell at the front door. Good security because only people with room keys can enter the hotel. The room has good heating, a steam pot, balcony! Hotel stuffs seem to be very busy but very friendly. The bed was a king size. I enjoyed the room and felt so comfortable.

Our door lock didn’t work properly, so we had difficulty locking the door when we were in the room. Building was secure, and room was otherwise adequate. Our stay was a last minute decision when we missed our connecting train and couldn’t make it to our intended destination for the night. Hotel was near the train station, staff was very nice and helpful, and breakfast (which was included) had a nice selection of choices.

Underrated place, much better than other reviews suggest. Easy walk from HBF and with a good breakfast included. Note there is no elevator but only a couple of flights of stairs.

The property is next to a gas station, it was loud and hot at night without any AC and was not worth 300 euros a night. I feel fleeced. The food from the restaurant across the street got my son sick and made for a miserable stay.

Leider entsprach die Beschreibung nicht den Tatsachen - der angeführte Parkplatz war nicht verfügbar. Das Personal war nett und bemüht. Das Zimmer lag auf der Hauptstraße zum Bahnhof. Das Frühstück war nicht sehr gesund ausgerichtet - sehr wenig Obst und Gemüse, künstlich schmeckendes Saft und Gebäck.

Solides Hotel, gute Anbindung an die Innenstadt. Wenn man keine großen Ansprüche hat und das Zimmer "nur zum Schlafen" benutzen will, ist es in Ordnung. Für alle die Service oder ein ausgiebiges Frühstück erwarten, ist dieses Hotel leider nix.

Once you find the front sliding door to the property, you are greeted by overflowing garbage cans. Then you have to hoof your luggage up a flight of stairs to the reception area. While the room seems clean, the fan made sounds all night. The television didn't work. It's in a very noisy part of town and from what I could tell, not a very safe place to stay.

Hotel in der nähe des Bahnhofs und Zentrums von Salzburg. Check In vor 15 Uhr war nicht möglich. Beim Check in gab es Probleme mit der Zimmervergabe. Bei mehrere Personen wurde die Reservierung kurzfristig storniert und diese standen dann vor der Hoteltür. Rezeption ist nicht immer besetzt. Bei Problemen kann man eine Telefonnummer anrufen und im Notfall kommt jemand vorbei.

Zimmer in Ordnung aber Frühstück ging gar nicht!
Mein Zimmer und auch das Bad waren sauber und das Bett gut. Die Dame am Empfang sprach und verstand schlecht Deutsch und sie konnte mir selber keine Rechnung ausstellen. Dafür wurde 1/4 Std. mit dem Chef telefoniert, der die dann endlich geschickt hat, allerdings ohne meine Adresse, das ließ sich auch nicht ändern. Die gleiche Dame war für das spärliche Frühstück zuständig. Es war absolut nichts Gesundes dabei und das Angebot sehr gering. Die Butter, Eier und Semmeln waren alle und sie musste erst zum Supermarkt um es neu zu kaufen...also in meinen Augen ein absolutes NoGo!

Einfaches Hotel, aber sauber. Perfekte Lage in der Nähe vom Bahnhof, auch schnell and er Salzach! Wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wenn man was braucht.

Also ich habe ja viel Verständnis für Corona-zustände, aber so ein komplett" kontaktloses Hotel" hat doch Nachteile..waährend meines gesamten Aufenthaltes habe ich keinen Manschen gesehen, für nicht vorhandene Handtücher musste ich telephonieren und mir den Weg zum Schrank erklären lassen..in der Dusche stehend stellte ich fest, dass die Seifenspender leer waren, also wieder anrufen.....der Fernseher funktionierte auch nicht, da habe ich dann nicht mehr angerufen.....

ALDRIC nogensinde igen.
ELENDIGT kvarter, receptionen holder angiveligt åbent til 00.00, du skal bare væbne dig med tålmodighed før der kommer et menneske du kan tjekke ind hos. Værelserne er vel rene nok - hvis altså dørene virker. Ubehøvlet betjening. Vi valgte at tjekke ud 4 timer efter vi var tjekket ind - selvom vi havde betalt for 2 nætter. Hvor de har fundet de 3 stjerner hotellet angiveligt skulle have, forstår vi simpelthen ikke. Vi kommer ALDRIG igen.
