"Hotel claimed not to have receive the booking. Resulted in higher fees than booked. Showed a large room but gave a smaller one after booking. Presentation and photos of surrounding, like garden has no relation with reality. The lake contained piles of trash but no water. Hotel located at an odd spot along a busy transport road. Hotel itself was fair. Breakfast though was really good."

Hotel sent me a DM on WhatsApp after landing in country saying my room was not paid for (even though it was through Expedia and I would have to pay for my ro upon arrival. Seemed scammy at first, overall hotel is clean and nice, breakfast could improve but good quality for the price. "
