Hotel Gracery Shinjuku
"Check in was odd - was pressured to sign up to their “membership club” in order to check in before 2 pm (we arrived around 1) even though we realised after that our room was clearly ready as they had put our suitcase (sent via the luggage service Japan has) in our room already."

Shinjuku Washington Hotel Main
"We did not expect this to be a large room but it's quite small compared to other hotels we stayed in this area previously. The bathroom area is very small but functionally good. Hotel provided daily free-of-charge 1 bottled water for each registered occupant, which was convenient for guests. Location ..."

Tokyo Bay Shiomi Prince Hotel
"Great hotel with spacious well thought out rooms. The rooms were clean and the onsen was nice and well maintained. Excellent value for money. The only issue I would say is that the area is a little far out which is nice because it is quiet but it makes commuting a bit more difficult."

"C’est la deuxième fois que je vais dans cet hôtel et le service est toujours aussi courtois et impeccable. L’hôtel est idéalement situé entre deux stations de métro, il y a des konbinis et des restaurants partout autour."
