The hotel was well located. The staff of the hotel was nice and always ready to help. We were able to have a late check-in by calling ahead. No A/C in the room but it was abnormally hot for the area.

j'ai apprécié la chambre avec son balcon, la piscine et le jacuzzi. par contre, la salle d'eau est exiguë et je me suis cognée dans le distributeur de papier toilette à chaque fois. chambre très calme malgré la proximité de l'ascenseur. beaucoup de parkings. personnel très aimable

Grosse déception

Très mauvais rapport qualité prix : la chambre et les prestations ne valent pas plus de 70 €, soit la moitié de ce que nous avons payé ! Entre la taille de la chambre et de la salle de bains, la literie à peine correcte (le matelas penche, l'alèse fait transpirer, pas de lit en 160), la déco des années 70 (crépi blanc façon Pierre et Vacances au mur),le lino de la salle de bains qui fait des vagues, l'aspect extérieur qui laisse à désirer (bâche au dessus de la terrasse pleine de traces, murs sales), cet hôtel mérite-t-il toujours ses 3 étoiles ??? Seuls points positifs : la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel, et l'aménagement de la piscine. J'ajoute qu'il ne faut pas se fier à l'appellation hôtel-restaurant, car il n'y a plus de restauration, exceptée la possibilité de commander des plats réchauffés, au choix des pâtes, des pâtes ou... des pâtes !

Hotellet havde ingen aircondition, temp. Var mellem 34 og 40 gr. Der er ingen restaurant, så vi skulle ud i byen for at spise. Der var mange der skulle det samme, så der skulle bestilles bord- det var svært når vi ikke kendte.til området. Morgenmaden var på hotellet var ganske god.

Accueil très agréable et sympathique, piscine agréable avec son jacuzzi intégré. C'est tout pour les points positifs. La chambre est exiguë, la salle de bain est vieillotte, inacceptable pour le prix demandé, sans parler de la vue sur parking et rue bruyante. Le PDJ est juste correct, également pour le prix. En tant que membre Gold depuis longtemps et ayant séjourné dans de très nombreux hôtels, celui-ci est l'un des plus mauvais rapport qualité prix.

L'hôtel est bien situé, mais la piscine n'est pas chauffée, les chambres sont mal insonorisées et le petit déjeuné cher pour ce qu'il était. Dommage Le but d'un l'hôtel est de bien dormir... hors j'entendais mon voisin de chambre ronfler...

Personnel de l’hôte très sympathique et bel accueil. Chambres jolies mais salle de bain trop petite et très étriquée... est dommage. Tout en plastique ayant très mal vieilli c est pas terrible. Restaurant de l’hôtel très bon et prix raisonnable.

Hôtel sympa bien placé !

Ce petit hôtel était sympathique et piscine au calme sans vis à vis, on se sent un peu comme à la maison ! Nous y sommes restés que 2 nuits et nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion d'aller au restaurant (mais qui avait l'air très bon cependant), c'était surtout a localisation de l'hôtel si nous intéressait (centre ville accessible à pied). Nous recommandons bien qu'un peu chère peut être, cependant nous n'avons pas comparé au prix des autres hôtels donc peut être que c'est le prix moyen pratiqué pour Oléron

Un désastre concernant la chambre de “bonne” qui nous a été proposée, sans charme, le lit une catastrophe SdB digne d’une cabine de bateau ou d’avion très petite pas entretenue. Points positifs : PdJ varié et l’environnement agréable

ce qui ne m'a pas plus c'est un changement de chambre sur deux jours / et pas de geste commercial derriere celà ( nous avons propose de passer d'une chambre triple a double sans changer de chambre et avec reduction le changement etait possible mais pas de geste commercial / pas posssible dixit /quand un etablissement fait une erreur il doit assumer le reste etait parfait
