"I wasn’t given the jacuzzi room like I reserved. I was given a room with a jetted tub. When asked about it was told it’s all the same thing. Even when I showed a picture of the room I booked. I was brushed off and told they didn’t have rooms like that. Not a happy experience "

"The toilet was directly across from the hot tub, which is a very small no bathroom. Just a curtain between the toilet and the hot tub. There's no shower, there's no bureau, no place to put your clothes. This is the worst day I have ever been at.You know, I only booked it because you on expedia made it look good.It is horrible place way overpriced"
