I stayed for 3 nights in a single room. The staff was nice but the first room I was assigned was extremely dirty. They did switch me to a clean room with no fuss thankfully. The new room was clean. It had a microwave and fridge, both were not as clean as I would have liked but not very dirty. The fridge in the room had a freezer which was unexpected but nice. There was a lot of noise outside at night for some reason. The room came with small things of shampoo and conditioner which was nice. Overall not a bad stay, good for the price.

One night stay to attend an event at the Narrows Center. The room was clean and bed comfortable. No extras, but I did not need them. A USB charging port would have been great; I forgot one and my phone died overnight. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Expedia moved us from a 4-star hotel to a 2-star hotel. They gave us a jacuzzi suite, but it did not have a bathroom, shower, microwave, hair blow dryer. The toilet was behind a curtain in the room. No dresser. A small chair was the only furniture. We were moved to another room for the second night; however, it was not very clean. Holes in the blanket, dirty walls in the bathroom. No way to call anyone for assistance. The lobby locked and unavailable 24 hours a day. I do have to say that the staff was very nice and tried accommodate us as best they could.

The toilet was old, the seat slid, and it was low. Peeling and moldy caulking around the tub. LOW water pressure. Moisture constant in bathroom; had to leave fan and light on 24/7. Noisy fan. Small, cheap bath towels and only one wash cloth and hand towels. Did appreciate that were no carpets and generally the room was clean. The owners were very kind and friendly and helpful. Some fresh paint, brighter colors and upgrades in bathrooms and painting the walls will make it more inviting. I would say 1 star is a more accurate rating.
