As we wanted to stay in the country side and near the hot spring there was no much choices around. Pictures of the place looked nice so we go for it.... Shower always flooded, front of house staff didn’t speak English, kids loved water park, although all a bit old, upstairs rooms could do with some more furniture / amenities, breakfast / menu was great. Raft trip was a bit dull.
