"I stayed in different hotels with better price in Istanbul. First of all there is no elevator in the building and due to bad design of stairs, its a big hassle to move luggages upstairs. The Tv had no channels, so it was completely useless. The Safe box was out of order too. Moreover, There was a intense sewage odor in the bathroom which could spread in the room. Overal not happy with the stay."

"We had a clean comfortable room on the top floor with a large balcony. The restaurant is open late with a full dinner menu which makes it convenient for late arrivals. Breakfast is included in the room rate. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Transportation to and from the airport can be arranged at an extra cost. The cruise ship terminal is right across the street"
