"Hotels.com has the Westen listed offerinf free breakfast. It is not free. In fact, it costs 38 USD per person to gain access to the buffet. We had breakfast at a nearby restaurant. Corner room looked nothing like the photos and there was hair on the comforter and on some towels. "

"The location was convenient because it was close to Penn Station. However, the room condition and facilities inside of the room were not good, especially the bathroom. Even though I booked the executive room, it was not what I expected. I highly recommended not include breakfast for extra fees because the choices were limited (not a buffet style). "
