"Zoetry Mallorca was one of the most beautiful resorts i've ever stayed in. The service was incredible and the staff were so helpful with anything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and fresh every morning. I would recommend this resort to anyone who doesn't want to stay in the city of Palma and prefers a "country side" feel. "We had a lovely sea view, the staff were really helpful, the food was excellent and the hotel was beautiful but there was just a few negatives, the toilet paper was only one ply which is false economy and the towels in the room were so thin and not the big fluffy towels we're used to in a hotel of this standard"

"I had a good stay at this hotel, which has an excellent location close to Born, all the shops, art galleries, and is very easy to walk all around Palma from. The lobby area is very small and the entrance way to the lifts is rather small and cramped, so can get crowded with people coming down the stairs or out of the lifts/people waiting for the lifts.
