"Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, great location"

"The experience was terrible. Hotel is so dated and in dire need of a massive overhaul. The restaurant sucks. Front desk is not helpful and needs to be trained properly. The attitude overall is tired and like you’re a nuisance. Arguably one of the worst hotels I stayed at. And it says it’s a 4 star hotel is comical. A 3 star is a stretch. Stay far away. Never again will me or my companies employees stay at Hyatt regency. "

"Staff, room and amenities were great. Walls were so thin I heard the entire conversations in the room next to mine (they weren’t yelling). It was an adjoining room so request not to be in one of those and it should be fine. Otherwise hotel was great. "

"We only had 2 bath towels for the 4 of us. When we asked for more towels, we were told to go to the store and buy some. We thought the man was joking, so we asked again. He pointed to the door and told us to go buy towels. Needless to say, we were shocked! We actually had to go to the store and buy 2 towels. We will never stay there again."

"Such a cool place! Parking was a little tricky (and pricey!!) but the room was clean. House keeping did start turning rooms over at 8:30am, so there was a ton of vacuuming and cleaning sounds while we were still sleeping. "

"This is not a property you should list. It is a run down house run by nice people who apparently dont care enough about the condition of the property. The hallway bathroom was horrible. I was unable to use the facilities as the toilet was backed up and stuffed with toilet paper. With some serious investment and a more dedicated staff and owner, it could become a charming Bed and breakfast. As it is, it should not be listed on your site. "
