"The experience was terrible. Hotel is so dated and in dire need of a massive overhaul. The restaurant sucks. Front desk is not helpful and needs to be trained properly. The attitude overall is tired and like you’re a nuisance. Arguably one of the worst hotels I stayed at. And it says it’s a 4 star hotel is comical. A 3 star is a stretch. Stay far away. Never again will me or my companies employees stay at Hyatt regency. "

"Staff, room and amenities were great. Walls were so thin I heard the entire conversations in the room next to mine (they weren’t yelling). It was an adjoining room so request not to be in one of those and it should be fine. Otherwise hotel was great. "

"I was assigned to a room in which I found a towel on top of an armoir. I also noticed that there was no deadbolt on the door. The lock on the room door was filmsy while the latch on the bathroom door could lock you in. On my first night, I dealt with a noise disturbance from a male patron. On my second night, I was exposed against my will to a blunt. In addition, I kearned that my female former neighbor was also lodging there which unnerved me. She and her male roommate have stalked me for the past four months. A room change was granted due to the second hand smoke. The inn is charming and cute. However, one does not take a trip out of state to celebrate a birthday to encounter a person who is stalking her. I found that encounter to be offputting plus the lack of secure locks on the room doors."

"The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Some amenities were closed for renovation, but otherwise I was very impressed with the property. Great location in Back Bay, too! "

"Such a cool place! Parking was a little tricky (and pricey!!) but the room was clean. House keeping did start turning rooms over at 8:30am, so there was a ton of vacuuming and cleaning sounds while we were still sleeping. "
