"This was my first time staying at this property and it was nothing short of amazing! From the staff that greets you upon arrival and walk you to the front desk, to Alejandro and his amazing customer service. It genuinely made this the best birthday trip I’ve ever had. The front desk team was extremely helpful with valet service for our car, using the hotel bicycles and even offering beverages during calls in the lobby. Finally, the room service was impeccable. We will definitely stay there again."
