"This is a high quality hotel. The staff are both professional and courteous. The rooms are very spacious and clean and the spa inspired bathrooms are stunning, with one of the largest showers we have ever had. Beds are super comfy, to the point we were struggling to get out of them! The whole place just exudes calmness and style. "The staff was amazing all around including a call I had to make prior to arriving. Very helpful. The pool and hot tub are delightful and tge proximatey to everything worrh seeing without a car is perfect.
It was raining outside and tge hotel concierge brought me an umbrella to use without asking.

"Stayed at the Union hotel for one night and wish we would have stayed here for most of our trip. It is conveniently located across the street from the train station. You're also not far from the mall, Toronto sign, or CN tower area so you can walk most places which is great! The service was excellent and staff were friendly. "Wunderschön eingerichtetes und modernes sowie sehr großes und sauberes Appartement, das mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man brauchen könnte. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Möglichkeit, sich jederzeit auf dem Flur an den Schubladen Nachschub an Tee, Seife, Handtüchern etc. holen zu können.
Man darf allerdings nicht allzu lärmempfindlich beim Schlafen sein, da die Klimaanlage (?) außen an der Unterkunft selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern und ausgeschalteter Klima im eigenen Zimmer ziemlich laut...
