Sehr ruhige Gegend. In 10 Minuten ist man im Zentrum mit Geschäften, Restaurants und Bus Haltestelle. Und dem Tegernsee.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen im Bergspatz und wir haben die wunderschöne Aussicht vom Balkon ganz besonders genossen.

Preis Leistung ist ok. Bezahlbare Unterkunft am Tegernsee. In Laufnähe zu Restaurants und Geschäften. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber es hat alles funktioniert und war sauber. Restaurant geschlossen somit kein Frühstück.

Nicht wie erwartet

Empfang war freundlich. Zimmer selber war ok und ruhig. Gebuchte Minibar und Laptop Arbeitsplatz nicht vorhanden. Bad alt abgewohnt. Gebuchte Regendusche hatten wir uns anders vorgestellt .Fugen schmutzig. Wegen Corona kein Frühstück.

Aufgrund der Corona-Krise gab es kein Frühstück und leider auch keine Getränke. Das Landhaus hat eine tolle Lage, hätte aber eine Auffrischung dringend nötig. Unser Aufenthalt war jedoch soweit in Ordnung, vermutlich wird es aber kein zweites Mal geben.

Unterkunft mit Sanierungsstau

Schwer in die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft. Zimmergröße in Ordnung. Soweit sauber, aber da alles sehr alt und verwohnt ist, schwierig ein angemessenes Niveau zu erreichen. Handtücher muffig, Matratzen durchgelegen, Balkon lädt nicht zum Verweilen ein, Frühstückszimmer duster, wobei wegen Corona wurde nicht einmal eine Tasse Kaffee angeboten. Wenn man nur übernachten muss und nichts anderes in dieser Preiskategorie findet, dann kann man hin, wird aber nach der Abreise der Unterkunft keine Träne nachweinen.

Es war alles sehr sauber! Mit Badewanne. Fön nicht vorhanden. Ebenso kein Duschgel. Sollte man also selber mitbringen. Frühstück war lecker. Ein netter Familienbetrieb

Der Bergspatz war vor ca. 30 Jahren bestimmt ein sehr schönes Feriendomizil! Leider hat sich seitdem nichts mehr getan. Die Möbel sind zusammen gewürfelt ( hat nichts mit Retrocharme gemeinsam), die Minibar, einen Kühlschrank, Mineralwasser oder gar einen Wasserkocher sucht man vergebens. Unser Zimmer wies grosse Mängel auf, wie zum Beispiel das Ablättern von Farbe an den Holztüren, die Vorhänge haben Flecken, Staubfäden hängen von den Wänden. Der Parkplatz vor dem Haus ist eine Katastrophe ( zu wenig Platz und viel zu eng). Einzig die Zimmergrösse (Delux Doppelzimmer), das Frühstück und die Lage waren in Ordnung. Wir hätten für das Geld und auch den Ort etwas anderes erwartet!
