The room was great. Check-in was chaos. The lobby of this hotel is messy and cluttered. It was a bit concerning when we checked in as the lobby does not represent the rooms well. Hideaway of Rotorua
Nice, clean, comfy spacious studio. Great to have a separate sofa area. Pity about the weather which affected the TV reception and we were unable to use the outside seating area.
