The hotel advertises a free airport shuttle, but they do not have one. I contacted them before arrival to arrange pickup, and they told me the shuttle does not exist. I had to pay for a taxi. When I asked the hotel to reimburse the taxi cost, they refused and told me to contact Expedia. This is misleading ...

Room was clean but a little dated. Bathroom sink was very small. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Had lots of information about local attractions and activities. Had functional guest laundry which I used. Stayed an extra night due to weather events. Kitchen was very functional.

It was a good deal for a night. The room was clean but the door to the bathroom was not working and we had issues with the water as it started to get colder after every shower. Only some minor inconvenience but it was a really good stay. Will book again if we see in the area again.👍
