Lovely staff at this hotel. Hotel was very nice, room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Would definitely go back.

Not only is this hotel clean, modern and comfortable with a pool and gym, it has a great team of staff. They are all more than ready to go the extra mile for their guests. We were treated with utmost courtesy and friendliness.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Food great, only down side the main restaurant was being renovated. But the work was clean and intrusive during my stay. Excellent bar with very helpful staff. Room we're lovely clean and daily stocked with coffee tea extra. Great location for my visit.

Good location nearby the university of Minnesota.

Great all round

Always a great stay

Clean room, comfortable beds, spacious and in Mall of America. Efficient free airport shuttle staff took us to and from airport all fuss free and courteous. Staff were always polite and friendly.

Ok breakfast, nice gym, safe area, very nice staff

Also had a welcome reception in the evening with free drinks at the bar. Found a toenail beside my bed, so cleaners could be more diligent, but otherwise very happy.

Couldn’t fault excellent stay , we will be back

Attended a conference there. Great gym with basketball court was a bonus! Great cocktails also

I stayed 9 nights and I was a pleasure from the start to check out everything was on point, clean and efficient. The staff are very helpful 24 hours a day. Highly recommend the corner rooms

Room nice and clean. Very comfy bed. Very nice breakfest 15-25$ per person per dish. No bufet as they do only when hotel is more occupied then 30%. Gym, sauna swimming pool also nice. Took off card 500$ for deposit, didn't mentioned before booking. Hopefully will return🤔
