Staff was warm and amenities were nice. The room had all the necessities and bed was comfortable. The room included a fan which was really appreciated. I would stay again."

"Whilst room was clean. & reasonably comfortable... BEWARE .. appreciative of an early check in approx noon - but after unpacking open the curtains huge construction literally 2 metres from window so worked out why we obtained it! -disappointing as obviously hotel was not full. without our knowledge an amount of 500chf was charged to our CC (Although full amount was paid on arrival!) & put 'on hold' only found out when checking out.. apparently an administrative error??!! said they would adjust it but not really good when u r travelling for weeks"

"The hotel was in a very good location, very close to everything. The hotel room and bathroom were very small, but I understand, that is normal for Europe. We arrived a the hotel around 11 am, our room wasn't ready yet. We were able to leave our luggage and walk around. We came back at 2:45 pm and the room was still not ready. We were told to come back in 15 min. We did come back in 15 min and the room was ready."

"The good thing is that Zurich mai train Station is 10 minutes away. And city train was right front hotel . What I found inconvenient was that the toilet and shower had to be shared, That's probably my fault. I don't think I read the properties properly. no hair dryer .you need to bring your own hairdryer . the room was extremely small, there was a sink in the room that could only be used for brushing teeth or washing my face, and the location was on the street with trains and so many restaurants nearby, it was very noisy until midnight."

"Check in was very easy and straightforward, receptionist was helpful. Reception closes at 2000 which I feel is too early any delay travel to Zurich is not really catered for. The room was spacious and had a large comfortable bed with a very good large shower. No room tea/coffee facilities were available. Tea/coffee was available just off the reception at any time as long as the machine was working, not really convenient if you are on the upper floors - I was on the 6th floor. The staff were all very nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a vegetarian buffet and whilst adequate was a bit limited. The hotel is very convenient and close to shops and restaurants and a 5 minute walk from the main station"
