"Horrible, horrible customer service. On my last day at the hotel, I arrived for breakfast at 9:01am. As I waited to be waited on, by 9:09am, I was ignored and not served until I requested to speak to a manager. The manager told me “I’m sorry but they are a third party.” So that told me that he couldn’t do anything to help me until I asked to speak to the manager of the restaurant/bar. "Airport shuttle to and from O’Hare was easy and free. Making it a great place to rest your head for the night. Our window leaked during thunderstorms and the toliet was also having issues."

"The pool was not handicap accessible, being there for a wheelchair softball tournament, many of the teammates were unable to hang out together because there was no way to get to the pool. The rooms were clean, a little outdated, but the walking distance to the parking was tough as well. Parking in garage, the skywalk was quite a distance. Not to mention when you have to pay to park in your hotel that you already pay to sleep!!"
