Great location a few mins walk to Roma Termini Station. Old building - as you would expect! 6 or so steps to get up to the lift. Small reception area also doubles as breakfast area & luggage store. Very busy when we arrived off an early flight but staff made us feel welcome. Luggage storage available until room ready. Great room & bathroom - very comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location, staff and breakfast were very good. Very clean and spacious room. And there was no additional fee for late check in, although we came about an hour later than expected. Recommend this place for your stay in Rome!

The room was very clean the area very noisy and is no breakfast buffet only coffee with pastries the bathroom very small is ok for stay one day to get the train is very close to the hotel

the bathroom fittings are fairly new.. towels and bedsheet are clean and new.. however, no cool air from the aircon though its turn on the whole time.. the room is small.

Breakfast is not right

The hotel was good! The service needs to be improved also, they offer “Buffet Breakfast” which is not! I’m so disappointed about it. They bread was no fresh, the was almost no ham left, drink glasses were tiny and paper, no eggs, there was not a breakfast at all! Please me sure to remove that fake information from the hotel, that’s gonna be a snack but not a Buffet breakfast as the website says.

Nice budget place

The owners are lovely , was made to feel very welcome , the room was spotless …. And full of charm , my only complaint is that the mattress was not comfortable, if they changed mattress it would be a 10 +

At first we were worried as this guest house is not what we expected. We arrived at 1am due to delays thought what have we arrived at but looks were very deceiving. Ouside and stairway very shabby plus several hotels are in the building. Once in our rooms totally different, really clean and lovely. Beds are super comfortable pillows are too. WiFi is good. The people who run it are so sweet, really helpful. Would definitely recommend it. Next door is a lovely little place to eat at or stop by for a drink seated outside watching everyone. Had the best time.

HOtel en remodelación

El hotel esta en remodelación. estimo que cuando lo terminen estará un poco mejor. Toda la habitación es nueva, pero depende de la valoración estética que cada uno realiza. El desayuno mas o menos, el lugar del desayuno es muy pequeño. El ascensor es muy viejo.

El hotel esta en reparaciones, estimo que en poco tiempo estará mejor. La habitación es grande, el baño esta recién desarrollado a nuevo. La decoración es nueva, pero depende del la evaluación de estética de cada uno. La ropa de cama no es apta para personas alérgicas. El desayunador es muy pequeño. Los dueños son extremadamente amables. El ascensor es muy pequeño. Quizás en la remodelación lo cambien, el cual es antiguo y muy divertido.

THe room was nice and clean but service was bad rude customer service also the hotel check in was misleading we had to check in to hotel Cesar on the 4 th floor rundown under construction stairwell not a working elevator Poor breakfast not ready on time notnhelpful would not stay or recommend
