Only complaints were the ac is turned off in the winter but being on the 3rd floor it was 80 degrees in the room with the heater turned off. All was great, few exeptions, hot water does not go to the last bathroom, we need to waste quite a lot to have it running warm. the odor we covered with lysol from our end. Other than that, great view, nice and quiet.
