This is a fantastic place to stay while visiting Ruidoso! It is very comfortable and spacious, clean, nice amenities, a well equipped kitchen, lovely balcony, incredible views and so affordable. We look forward to going back for another visit.

The property is getting older and is getting some much needed updates, especially to the plumbing. The water pressure was weak in some places,master bath shower and lavatory, for example. The maintenance man was very good and responded quickly to our needs. The check-in process was redundant. After having completed the same forms online in the pre-check I was still required to provide the same info on a hard copy at the check-in desk.

In one of the rooms, the the fan wasn’t working also during late check-in. Nobody was there to check us in. They never gave a list to the answering services to get us in. Had to wait for property manager to show up to get us in our rooms. The Jacuzzi was not working as it illustrated in the reservation personnel were nice and friendly no issue there love the location love the scenery.

The property was absolutely perfect for a little vacation! It was peaceful and had a beautiful view of the scenery. It was very clean and spacious, would definitely stay here again! The only down side was that to get to the property, you had to drive up a very steep hill and it was really dark at night time.

It was near Walmartand Walgreens not far from the casino the room was clean the parking was good the view was good the only thing was that they don't have the hot tub no more but the pool is still there
