"You know those scenes in movies with a seedy motel room where the criminal hides out from the police. That was probably filmed here. There were barely patched holes in several of the walls. Kept wondering if I’d find roaches or a camera hiding out in one. Faucets were rickety and rusted. Bedding uncomfortable. Pillows covered in yellow, brown and orange stains. Also… what hot tub?
You hear everything happening outside, so good luck sleeping. This part of town is a bit shady. The staff person had clearly been asleep when I arrived, bonnet on and all. Outside lights were subpar and blinking. Parking lot is full of potholes and cracks. What can I say? You get what you pay for cheap-o. "
"The hotel has to be brand new. It was squeaky clean and the bed was comfortable. We were there only for one night and as luck would have it they were having a problem with the hot water which meant a cool shower. Otherwise everything was great. "
"Check- in was terrible. The lady at the front desk was too busy trying to get tv fixed.
There was a bad smell in room, bedding also smelled, bathroom floor not clean,
There was only 1 one-cup coffee pack in the room, and it was not just our room, we had family staying in 2 other rooms and they each got just 1 coffee pack also, which is pretty cheap, and when I went to the office at 7 in the morning to get some coffee I found out the front desk does not open until 9 on Saturday!!!! How ridiculous is that? And it closed in the evening! Too bad for you if you need anything! It seems service is their last priority.
Needless to say, we will never stay there again and I definitely cannot recommend this property!"
"We have stayed at this property many times in the last 5 years. Last year when we visited we learned that it was under new ownership. They are doing a lot of renovations to the property, but the breakfast is not as good as it used to be. "
"Air conditioner didn't work properly, the room was hot. The remote control for the tv was sticky and couldn't change the channels. Water was only warm."
