"Accommodations were roomy, clean, and the kitchen outfitted enough for simple meals. The staff was friendly, cheerful, and very helpful. Great location overlooking the beach across the street from the San Clemente Pier. Our unit had a view of the ocean. We liked the first night so much, we decided to stay another night. Note: unit did not appear to have air conditioning. Instead the windows opened and it had ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. We didn’t need it as the temperatures were pretty cool during our visit. "

Easy parking and catered to the surf/beach culture with board storage racks, rinse area, outdoor patio and even a full size BBQ area. Dave, the owner, will look after you and make sure you have a great stay. Now go surf!!"

"Room was great, very clean, no issues there. Staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel is in a phenomenal location, and despite being so close to the freeway I really didn’t hear hardly anything. Didn’t check out the amenities outside the room but I’d be willing to bet they were absolutely fine. Most places in San Clemente are so old and outdated, so the modern tv and microwave/mini fridge in room, were nice additions. Highly recommend the stay"

"Clean rooms, and the VIEW! we loved sitting on our porch and watching the sunsets over the pier. Best photos ever. Close to the beach and coffee, lunch spots. Quiet neighborhood."
