"Pool had bugs and trash everywhere. Front desk associates lied about cleaning schedule Room got cleaned once Told front desk there was mold in air vent and said “no that’s debris” .. air vents should be clean!!!! Took forever to get a hold of a manager and after telling her about the stay, said “well ..."
