The Jefferson Hotel
Probably the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We were in Richmond for a meetup with a bunch of college buddies and spouses. Totally blown away as soon as we drove up to hotel. And even more impressed after we entered. Staff was wonderful and attentive. Fabulous shower. Highly recommended.

Holiday Inn Express Richmond Downtown by IHG
Guests mugged in hotel parking garage by an unhoused man. Not a safe area! NO COFFEE available during breakfast. Staff said they needed to find a key to coffeemaker for 3 hours. No attempt to otherwise provide coffee at our location included breakfast.

Studio 6 Richmond Airport
Room was fairly clean, had to spot clean a few things and noticed a lot of dirt in the corners of floors. Everything looked pretty new, so just needs better upkeep. Staff wasn’t overly friendly. Rooms don’t have hair dryers like listed, they have one at the desk that you have to borrow. No room service, ...
