Recommend adult hours in the pool and jacuzzi Jaccuzzi seemed cloudy. Lobby smelled of dirty mop water.

Regency Inn Richmond
Very nice and courteous staff the room was nice accept the chair it was very beat up and stained, i didn't sit in it really it should be replaced or reupholstered is a real eye sore. The rest of the room is beautiful.

The room was clean and has a great view! We were celebrating our friend who was having a baby and they brought us a hand written note and treat to celebrate! So thoughtful!

The staff was wonderful. Chiquita and Khasia in particular were kind and very helpful. All of the staff was attentive. *** The physical property needs some repairs (elevators very slow, halls were poorly painted, the room ceiling and walls were worn).
