"We wanted to use the pool. It closed at 8:00 PM. We decided to use the pool at 9:00 AM the next morning. It did not open at 9:00 AM due to window cleaning. The hotel had 13 hours to clean the windows. We are not happy with this decision. We won't be staying at this hotel in Reno again."
