8.4/10 Very good! (10,863 reviews)
The room was clean and tidy we paid £40 for an upgrade so had dressings and slippers and a complimentary bar. Didn’t have breakfast as I thought £25 was a bit pricey but had a lovely breakfast at Cote in St Katherine’s dock

9/10 Wonderful! (4,087 reviews)
Everything was perfect in this hotel. special points to mention: I have never had a quieter hotel room, even the AC was a type that I've never seen before, it was super quiet, you could only guess because the air temp would change.
The breakfast was amazing. The staff were super helpful.
Great hotel, looking forward to come back again!

8.6/10 Excellent! (1,007 reviews)
Always love staying here. So useful for Heathrow express and plenty to do in the evening. Breakfast is excellent and there are more restaurants and bars walking distance.
No car park and actually getting a car there is tough so best to take train
