"Tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal in deutscher und englischer Sprache. Was mich bei meinem 2. Aufenthalt sehr geärgert hat, das die Klimaanlage tagsüber, wo kein Gast im Hotel ist zur Verfügung stand und Abends, wenn die Hotelgäste kommen ausgeschaltet wurde. Selbst nach meiner Anfrage, wurde dies ignoriert. Ich habe mich für dieses Hotel entschieden, weil es eine Klimaanlage auf der Homepage anbietet. Dann im Hochsommer ein Zimmer im Dachgeschoß zu haben, ohne Klimaanlage, das finde...

"Friendly staff , nice location, although I would expect a little more comfort in a business suite! Beds are too soft, towels are too old , no blinding curtains as stated, supply in the room does not get refilled( water bottle, shampoo and shower gel. There was no airconditioning as stated but a ventilator would be nice in the summer. "Great resort for kids. Indoor pool was fun and lots of outdoor and indoor entertainment. We had lots of fun! Clean and good service. Wish check out was not 10am but a bit later but other than that i definitely recommend the hotel! "
