"Great stay. I'd definitely stay again. Great location for walking the boardwalk. AC unit was hard to keep the temperature even in the room, but no big deal to me, I let them know. I did not use any amenities (no breakfast), they do have coffee, hot chocolate, etc in the lobby. It's the oldest hotel in the area, so don't expect the be glorious! They are updated. No issues for me and I travel all year! "

"The motel was a decent value, but there should be a note on the information they provide stating that there are no elevators. And if you are a senior citizen like I am climbing thirty six steps with my baggage, was not appreciated.
If I had known with some sort of information that there are no elevators and that I would have to climb up those steps, I would have stayed somewhere else."

"Making fresh waffles was good, hard boiled eggs were kind of sad. They updated the room since our previous visit -- did a very nice remodel of the bathroom. Not happy about not being told that the hot tub wasn't functional during booking process. If I had known about the hot tub being down I would NOT have booked this stay at this location."

"A beautiful hotel with a very courteous staff. You're greeted in the front lobby with a tray of fresh baked chocolate cookies. The rooms are very nice. They have a very nice complimentary breakfast (scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, juice bar, coffee, tea, and yogurt just to name a few). I will definitely make this my destination to stay when I am in Rehoboth."
