"Staff was horrible room was dirty especially bathroom floor towels are old and I used the towel for the bathroom floor and towel got dirty because of the floor getting wet and towel became dirty so they kept my $100 deposit I can't see it was my fault due to bathroom floor was dirty and I needed to wipe water up cause water gets every where when you shower .So they kept all the deposit for that ! That happens to many people that stays at that hotel they have undocument workers there it's a decent area it's just the Manager and staff that run that hotel for 1 towel that became dirty because of bathroom dirty floor they kept my $100 dollars and towels only cost $7.99 at stores it sad how there able to do that I clean the room before I left better then what it was .so be careful don't expect to get your deposit back they do it to everybody "

"La limpieza al cuarto dio mucho de qué hablar en mi segundo día en la estancia considerando que sería mi tercera noche pedí que se hiciera mi cuarto, todo el día estuve fuera y cuando regresé esperaba ver mi cuarto ya limpio, pero Noo solo encontré que sacaron las basuras y las toallas limpias nomas aventadas en el baño ósea ni siquiera se tomaron el tiempo de acomodarlas y la cama no la hicieron. Realmente no me volvería a quedar en este hotel."

"Don’t get me wrong. Everything was great love the size of the room. Everything was clean in the room and as well as outside. Wonderful breakfast items. The two issues I have is I had to wait over an hour. And I got there shortly after check-in time started. I was told no rooms were ready. So I waited in the lobby. Five people came in after me and they got rooms. What heard is because they paid at the hotel app and not through this app, what I’m understanding. That wasn’t main issue. I was in no rush. I needed to get away from my mess. I was willing to wait. But the other issue I had. The main one that I struggle all three days. Was Internet service on their TV as well as my computer and phone. It kept on freezing. Wouldn’t let me open nothing. Even one device at a time even their TV. Get on their TV to work news or advertisement buying shows."

"Pictures on website are not close to how the rooms actually are, so many warnings on walls about property that makes your staying so unpleasant. No soap or shampoo in room we ending up not taking showers. After checking in I checked on reviews some of guests mentioned they do everything possible to keep your deposit. Sure enough it has been more than a week and I haven’t received my deposit. Not recommend it."

"Honestly it was a very comfortable stay & experience. I cooked quite a bit there ! It was very nice and useful as hell . Would come again the managers here are very nice !"
