"Ok let’s get straight to it first room I checked in was dirty, not a big concern but an inconvenience is all. Second room was clean but smelled like a men’s locker room …actually all the rooms I was in smelled like that. The second room came with guest, bedbugs!! I went right back downstairs and got another room as far away as possible from the bedbug room. Didn’t matter, damage was done couldn’t sleep. So this is what one would expect from an off brand hotel. Not at a Best Western which I would recommend that they change their name to the OYO Brand which I feel better suits them with the old 1980s furniture and the old smell to match. The 50 inch TVs they have in the room doesn’t make up for the smell, old furniture and pest. Most definitely will not stay here again."

"The room smelled quite bad, like some kind of really strong cleaner cover a bad smell. Shower not hot and low water pressure. Beds and pillows comfy. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Good parking. Nice hot tub/pool! Would stay here again, but a better smelling room would be nice."

"I paid for a suit and at check in I was told the suite I paid and reserved through Hotel.com was under repair. I was then told that their were no two room suites available and the only suites they had were a room with a couch in it. I go in the room and it had air fresheners everywhere and smell wet and like dog piss. The pictures in their photos must be from when the hotel was first built. They wouldn't refund me the difference between the standard room and the room I paid for because they said I booked through Expedia which is Hotels.com. I tried calling to speak to a person and Hotels.com and the phone system never let me get a live person to help me out and solve the problem and settle up. I just say stay away from this hotel and Hotels.com. The lack of service just isn't worth the hassle for the minor savings they provide. "
