Disliked: Property conditions & facilities, room comfort
The hotel rate was fairly high for out of season and we were disappointed by a few things. The bed was very uncomfortable- like a piece of wood. The hotel advertises a pool and sauna, but it is open for only two hours a day and we had to request they let us in and turn it on. The restaurant, although it has friendly staff, does not serve good food and the ambiance is terrible.

Leider bei Buchung 10 km von ski Krahule angegeben es waren aber in Real 49!!! + dieses hotel waren hotel Zimmer Sauberkeit und die Rezeption - war die schon angegebene Entfernung von Ski Gebiet Die veraltete Dusche Wellnes sehr kalt (wasser in pool auch) und schlecht organiesiert (für jede kleinichkeit zum beispiel tuch für sauna oder getrenk oder bade mantel musste man den weg nach oben zum Rezeption absolvieren) Leider nicht so toll vileicht in sommer ok in winter nach den kalten tag drausen zum selle wieder aufwärmen ungeaignet
