"The staff was amazing , we had 2 minor issues with our room which were corrected instantly. Close to transit. Pool was nice after a busy day and the food was very good. 4 outta 5 because there ins no .5 option. Loved this place."

"The property is beautiful in the Hyatt tradition. You will find the luxury that you expect. It is kind of far from the terminal though and there is nothing around it. They have everything that you need there but , also in the Hyatt tradition, it is all very pricey. A small latte in the lobby is 210 bhat or about $6 US. You will have a nice stay. You will spend a lot of money."
