"Food was AMAZING. Staff was awesome. Only two negatives. First, the parking is barely enough for the guests. You sometimes have to fight for a spot because people will come to the restaurant to just eat. Lastly, the floors are hardwoods. If you are on the first floor, you will absolutely hear every step above you. We had to engage the desk clerk when the people above us moved furniture over a 3 hr period. I assume it was kids pushing the chairs. Staff and food was perfect though. "

"The room is really lovely, very calm and contemporary. I love the fact you have a kettle but you could also do with a fridge. Also because we had a balcony was a welcome bonus Breakfast was great, a lot more generous that we were expecting. The inn exceeded my expectations. The only negative was that the front door made me feel vulnerable as it wasnt locked and the wind kept blowing it open during the night and anyone could walk in. "

"I don't wish to offend the owners but the outside of this hotel does not reflect the inside. It looks slightly run down but don't let that put you off booking. We had a superior room and it was just that. Comfortable, clean and spacious with a settee, lovely big comfy bed and a spotlessly clean bathroom with a rainfall shower and nice toiletries. We arrived by train so were about an hour earlier than check-in , but we're allowed to check in, which was much appreciated. Fresh flowers in reception, beautifully arranged and friendly helpful staff made the stay extra special. Breakfast and dinner was plentiful and tasty. I had a venison steak which was cooked to perfection. It's a short stroll from the station and the harbour. We were lucky to have fabulous weather which made walking round the surrounding town most enjoyable. Our only regret was that we only stayed one night, but would return in a heartbeat. Thanks to all staff for making us feel so welcome."

"we paid for a room that turned out to have peeling paint, uneven flooring, poor bedding walls with holes. The hamburgers at the restaurant were like rubber. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience during our vacation."

"These cabins are absolutely adorable. They have everything you'd need for your visit to Skye: bedroom, bathroom, and small kitchen if you want to save money. The on premises restaurant was delicious. I wish we planned to stay more than one night as it was the perfect get away."
