"Nice stay, lots of people due to the 4th of July holiday but with the added bars, cabana, jungle gym and outdoor pool and hot tubs the lines were never long."

"Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The food was delicious, the property is very well managed, and the staff are wonderful. We did encounter an initial issue upon check-in: the bed linens had an unpleasant, urine-like odor and appeared to have been missed by housekeeping. Since the evening cleaning crew had already left, the front desk/lobby staff took immediate personal ownership to change the bedding (and I was happy to lend a hand in making the bed). What truly impressed us was their service recovery. The next day, the team surprised us with a lovely gift hamper of tea, beverages, and cookies—a very thoughtful gesture that put a big smile on our faces. While pre-check-in housekeeping standards definitely need stricter oversight, the staff’s warmth, quick responsiveness, and hospitality completely made up for the initial discomfort. Kudos to the team for turning things around so well!"

"Very nice place, quiet, clean and cozy. The stuff was super helpful and provided everything we asked for. Breakfast was OK. The pool was a complete mess given how many kids played in there. The biggest issues was wi-fi! We couldn't work because it was disconnecting every other minute, so much so that we wanted to move out."

"Beautiful hotel. We checked in 30 min early (check in is at 4) but at 4 the room was still not ready. We did get drink tickets, 2 drinks per person. Breakfast is until 10, we went to get an omelet at 9:20 and was told they were not accepting any more customers (4 ppl in front of us) all in all was good experience."
