"Hi Team Shangri-La, We had a fantastic day and a very enjoyable stay. From arrival, the experience was excellent. Concierge greeted us straight from our Uber and assisted with our bags, and check-in was handled brilliantly. We were able to check in early, and our luggage was already in the room before we arrived, which was greatly appreciated. We stayed in Room 2612, and the harbour views were absolutely lovely. We also spoke with in-room dining. There was a small hiccup with one snack, however the bill was quickly adjusted to reflect this. Everything else we ordered was quite good, and the matter was handled promptly and professionally. Overall, it was a really positive experience and a credit to your team. Please pass on our thanks. "Room was clean and modern. Staff freshened it everyday with a full change every 3 days. Lobby staff were friendly and helpful. Very close to everything, perfect for solo travellers who want to explore Sydney!!"

"Staff was the main reason for our positive report. They are looking after our luggage for free while we take a quick trip to Canberra. They helped us get the train into town and actually walked us out to the street. We were able to check in at 9:30 when we got off the ship."
