The host, Carlos, who checked us in was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The hotel is spotless and has a focus maintaining a green footprint. The refillable water bottles available to refill with both still and sparkling water was especially nice.

The Crowne Plaza team was very helpful and we immediately could change our room, because the room had the bath ventilation of the whole floor, which was a little bit too noisy if you don‘t have deep sleep. The breakfast choice and sereals have been very good as well as the friendly and professional service. We would definitely stay again at Crowne Plaza and could recommend the place as all views are reachable in walking distance incl. public transport.

Had a great stay at the Crowne Plaza. Big suite, comfy bed, bath was luxurious and Dyson hair dryer and straightener were a bonus! Breakfast was a menu choice and food yummy. Excellent location for walking to Martin Place, Pitt St, Darling Harbour, Lyric Theatre. Tram nearby. Would definitely stay again.
