"La ubicación no es la mejor ya que está en el centro. Cómo contrapartida, la estación del metro está a media cuadra, por lo que es muy fácil desplazarse a cualquier punto de la ciudad. La habitación es amplia y tiene heladera, micro, lava seca ropa, anafe y horno. La atención de los funcionarios es excelente. Destaco a Faiyaz quien nos ayudó a entender el tube (que es bastante más complicado que en otras ciudades) "

"Ideal location for Troxy as it’s just across the road. Room was spacious and very well equipped. Comfortable beds. Doesn’t look very pretty as a building but inside the room was really lovely. Reception staff were great and very helpful. Security guard around on an evening which was reassuring to see, made us feel secure. "

"Despite our initial issue at the beginning of our 5 nights stay, the front desk manager, Trevor, managed to go above and beyond and made the stay excellent for us. The room is well arranged and very clean. Location is near tube station. The front desk staff members were friendly but can be more efficient and helpful."
