"The property was in very good shape, the cafe had great coffee and other drinks with a nice atmosphere. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and presentable with a touch of class. Unfortunately our bed had some pretty gross stains on the sheets and there wasn't actually a blanket on the beds like we are used to, just thin sheets, it might not be an issue for some. The breakfast was cold and quite unpleasant but we ate it anyways because there is a lack of restaurants in the area. The...

"Overall it was a pleasant stay in the hotel, it was very quiet in the area but the facilities were very good. In particular Phuong and Minh on reception were very helpful. I enjoyed speaking with both of them about the local area and they gave me some good tips on what to do. They were also keen to help me to provide great customer service!"
