"We chose a beautiful suite with balconies overlooking the pool and ocean. We were delighted to discover the suite is nicer than the pictures on the hotel’s website. "Stayed in early February and very few guests. NO HEATING and I mean none. Only cooling and this time of year very cold. Bar closed. Restaurant and very restricted options for breakfast. About 6 only and 3 of them they did not have anyway. Breakfast terrible! Two lots of laundry returned when still wet! Ended up moving hotels and best thing we did. They say 4 star but 3 of them must have been on holiday."
