I was not allowed to stay at hotel as their Internet was down and wanted me to stay
I my car for a couple of hours to if it would come back on line. We informed the lady at the desk that we had a handicap person in the car and could not sit in the car. I asked her
For the manager she told me their was no manager on duty till 5am. I asked her for the corporate number and she said she did not have it and would not give me the number. She said she would cancel our reservation at no cost to us..

I stayed for one night here, my overall experience was fine. The room was clean and pretty big for the price I paid. I like that this property offers complimentary breakfast daily also. The staff were nice and courteous. The only downside is that this facility does not have a fitness center despite its website stating that it does. There’s is not much going on in the surrounding areas, no shopping centers etc. However I would stay here again

The front office was closed before 9 pm had to check in at the window,it was 2 people behind the desk chit chatting,it was 1 in the lobby hanging out,but the door was locked,the room I paid for wasn’t available when I got there,and when I get to the room they gave me it was not cleaned properly

Dismal service when checking in, rooms are from the 70”s, food is absolutely disgusting. Would not feed it to my dog.

The room heater didn’t work . Lady on duty did try it with no luck . Had to go buy an elect heater . It was 32 degrees out side .

The hotel is very noisy. If you stay here better have earplugs to drown out the outside noise. The room had the high spots cleaned but definitely could use a good thorough clean.

When I went to check in they had the lobby locked. Which isn’t a big deal if they efficiently get you in a room. When I arrived I was told “your card was declined” which made no sense since I booked through Expedia and had already been charged. I explained this and got a shoulder shrug. I asked her to look into it further and she said “yea. Expedia’s card was declined” to which I responded that she needed to contact them and get it resolved. I went outside (not that the plexiglass room was climate controlled) and froze while exhausted waiting for a resolution. She had another customer whom I walked in behind about a half hour later whom made a reservation at a cheaper rate than they were willing to offer through Expedia while standing there and immediately was checked in. I asked if she had spoken with Expedia yet and she responded “oh I haven’t tried calling yet.” 😐 I expressed my frustration and desperation to sleep and get warm. She didn’t seem concerned and I had to call Expedia myself (which isn’t a quick process) to get it resolved. There was no apology, desire to compensate, apathy or regard for her employment duties whatsoever. But you can believe that I was shooed out ten minutes before check out the next morning! After two and half hours of waiting to check in without even so much as offering me the opportunity to sit in the warm lobby in a friggin chair??? And watching a dozen other people check in in the meantime.

Staff were pleasant. Room needed updating. Holes in walls. Doors didn’t close properly. Breakfast was minimal but free. Very bright outdoor lights though while they made me feel safe, also seemed to indicate there were security issues. Looked like prison lights. The bed linen seemed very clean and tucked well

I did not feel safe here. There appeared to be people coming and going from the room next door, most of the night. Then I was woken up in the morning as they were replacing the roof. I was surprised my car was there in the morning. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was like many offered. I passed, I just wanted to get out of there.

Room had couple areas that should have been cleaned better. Toilet had occasional leak/puddling. Older hotel, could use a face lift. We're putting on new roof which impaired access to room and noise after 8 AM. Breakfast was basic.

The inn is under construction. It is having its roof repaired. Debris all over the place. Nails and broken pieces of wood, tar paper right in front of your room. How are they able to still operate. It should be illegal to operate in such disrepair. Power went out in my room and they were unable to fix. Offered to move me to another room. When I tried to ask for a refund they said no because I used expedia to book my room. I called expedia and they won't help with refund. Expedia should be up to date on this issue of hotel conditions. The hotel should not be allowed to operate. I was not injured but I wonder if I should consult an attorney about this matter.
